WLI Mission:
To raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry.

WLI Goals:
- Promote the advancement of women throughout their careers and as leaders in the real estate industry.
- Increase the number of women serving in leadership positions in the real estate industry and in ULI.
- Increase the visibility of women leaders in the real estate industry and ULI.
- Increase the number of women who are active full members of ULI
- Support the development of young women members as leaders in ULI and their professions.

WLI Structure:
- Intimate speaker series with profound speakers and leaders in our industry and city, usually over breakfast or lunch
- Social gatherings, networking opportunities and project tours exclusively for WLI members
- Development programs to foster more women leaders in the land use and real estate industry
- Potentially identify and host other events for WLI or ULI members throughout the year
- Highly encourage WLI member initiative to plan and engage

ULI/SA WLI Requirements: 
Annual Fee: $100 (Private Sector); $50 (Public Sector)

Attendance at all meetings, but we understand how busy everyone is. If you will miss a meeting, please let us know in advance. If you miss several consecutive meetings, your membership status will be re-evaluated. Engage with your WLI group and participate in group discussion. Participation is key! 

To be considered for participation in the WLI program, please complete the application below and include a copy of your resume for consideration. The application is short, but should adequately demonstrate your interest in participating in the program and should demonstrate HOW and WHAT you will contribute to the group of WLI peers, if accepted. Please note, this is a competitive program.
